I had a disappointing experience with my booking at Posada de Marques. They confirmed my reservation well in advance, but two weeks later, I was informed that they had no availability and offered to move me to a different hotel with poor reviews. Communication was lacking as they didn’t respond to my requests for a refund. I would not recommend staying here due to the unreliable booking process.

My experience with Posada de Marques was frustrating and disappointing. I booked well in advance for Dia de los Muertos, only to find out two weeks later that my reservation was canceled due to no availability. They suggested I move to Hotel America, which had much worse reviews and lacked essential amenities like hot water. To make matters worse, they didn't respond to my requests for a refund. It's hard to recommend a hotel that doesn't honor its bookings.
